ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 1. ਯੋਗਾ ਆਸਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਭ ਦੱਸੋ । 
ਉੱਤਰ - ਅਭਿਆਸ ਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਯੋਗਾ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਵਿਧੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਰੱਖਦੀ ਹੈ । ਇਹ ਇਕ ਵਿਲੱਖਣ ਵਿਧੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਹਰੋਂ ਅਰੋਗ ਰੱਖਦੀ ਹੈ । ਯੋਗਾ ਆਸਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਭ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹਨ
1. ਯੋਗਾ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਦੀ ਇੱਕੋ ਇਕ ਵਿਧੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਹਰਲੇ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਸਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਸਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ । ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦੀ । 
2. ਯੋਗਾ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਸਾਫ਼ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਦਰੀ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਹੈ , ਕਿਸੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦੀ  
3.ਯੋਗਾ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਲਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ । ਇਕੱਲਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਰੀਰਕ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
 4. ਯੋਗਾ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਰੀਰਕ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤੀ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ । ਦਿਮਾਗੀ ਤਰੰਗਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ । 
5. ਯੋਗਾ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਖ਼ਰਚੀਲੀ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਵਿਧੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਇਸਦੇ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਕਰਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਭੋਜਨ ਦੀ ਕਚੁਰਤ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ । 
6. ਯੋਗਾ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੀ ਗੰਦਗੀ ਨੂੰ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢਣ ਦੀ ਜੁਗਤ ਆ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਅੰਗ ਤੰਦਰੁਸਤ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ । ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿਚ ਰੋਗਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਲੜਨ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਵੱਧ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ । 
7. ਸਰੀਰ ਤਾਕਤਵਰ , ਫੁਰਤੀਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਲਚਕਦਾਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । 
8. ਪ੍ਰਾਣਾਯਾਮ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਫੇਫੜਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਆਕਸੀਜਨ ਭਰਨ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਵੱਧ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਖੂਨ ਦੀ ਸਫਾਈ ਵੱਧ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ । 
9 , ਯੋਗਾ ਆਸਣ ਰੀੜ੍ਹ ਦੀ ਹੱਡੀ ਨੂੰ ਲਚਕੀਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਰੋਗ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ । 
10 . ਯੋਗਾਆਸਣਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਰੀਰ ਊਰਜਾ ਘੱਟ ਖ਼ਰਚ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਹ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਥਕੇਵਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ । 11. ਜੋ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਯੋਗਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ , ਉਹ ਨੈਤਿਕ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । 
12. ਯੋਗਾ ਆਸਣ ਦਿਮਾਗੀ ਇਕਾਗਰਤਾ ਵਧਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਸੋਚਣ - ਸਮਝਣ ਦੀ ਸਮਰਥਾ ਵਧਦੀ ਹੈ । 
13 , ਯੋਗਾ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪੁਰਾਣੀਆਂ ਬੀਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਦਮਾ , ਗੈਸ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ , ਕਬਜ਼ , ਖੂਨ ਦਾ ਦਬਾਅ , ਹਰਨੀਆਂ ਸਿਰ ਪੀੜ ਆਦਿ ਦਾ ਇਲਾਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ । 
14 , ਯੋਗਾ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਵਿਚ ਸਵੈ - ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਰੂਹਾਨੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਦਾ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ । ਇੱਕ ਜਿਹੇ ਉਪਯੋਗੀ ਹਨ । 
15. ਯੋਗਾ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਉਮਰ ਦੀ ਬੰਦਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ । ਯੋਗਾ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਹਰ ਉਮਰ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਲਿੰਗ ਲਈ ਇਕੋ ਜਿਹੇ ਉਪਯੋਗੀ ਹਨ 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 2. ਹਲ ਆਸਣ , ਵਜਰ ਆਸਣ ਅਤੇ ਮਯੂਰ ਆਸਣ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਭ ਦੱਸੋ । 
ਉੱਤਰ ਓ ) ਹਲ ਆਸਣ ( Hal Asana ) ਹਲ ਆਸਣ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ - ਹਲ ਵਰਗੀ 
ਵਿਧੀ -1 . ਪਿੱਠ ਭਾਰ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਤੇ ਲੰਮੇ ਪੈ ਜਾਓ । ਬਾਹਵਾਂ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਪਾਸਿਆਂ ਵੱਲ , ਹਥੇਲੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਰੁਖ਼ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਵੱਲ ਰੱਖੋ । 
2. ਬਾਹਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਦਬਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਮਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੌਲੀ - ਹੌਲੀ ਉਪਰ ਵੱਲ ਲੈ ਜਾਓ । 
3. ਲੱਤਾਂ ਇਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਸਿੱਧੀਆਂ ਸਿਰ ਉਪਰੋਂ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੰਘਾਓ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜੇ ਛੂਹ ਜਾਣ , ਸਰੀਰ ਦਾ ਭਾਰ ਮੌਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਧੌਣ ਉੱਤੇ ਆ ਜਾਵੇ । ਇਸ ਆਸਣ ਨੂੰ ਤਿੰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜ ਮਿੰਟ ਲਈ ਕਰਕੇ ਰੱਖੋ । 
ਆਸਣ ਦੇ ਲਾਭ -1 . ਇਹ ਆਸਣ ਕਮਰ , ਕੁਲੋ , ਮੌਰ ਅਤੇ ਧੌਣ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ । 
2. ਇਹ ਆਸਣ ਲਹੂ ਦੇ ਗੇੜ ਨੂੰ ਇਕਸਾਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ । 
3. ਰੀੜ੍ਹ ਦੀ ਹੱਡੀ ਨੂੰ ਲਚਕੀਲਾ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਰੀੜ੍ਹ ਹੱਡੀ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ । 
4. ਇਹ ਆਸਣ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਤਾਜ਼ਗੀ ਭਰਦਾ ਹੈ । ਅੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੋਸ਼ਨੀ ਵਧਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ । 
5. ਇਹ ਆਸਣ ਧੋਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਦਰਦਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਰੂਪੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ । 
        ( ਅ ) ਵਜਰ ਆਸਣ ( Vajar Asana 
ਵਿਧੀ -1 , ਗੋਡਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੋੜ ਕੇ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਲੀਆਂ ਭਾਰ ਬੈਠ ਜਾਓ । 
2. ਕਮਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਰੱਖੋ ।
3. ਪੈਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਗੂਠੇ ਅਤੇ ਗੋਡੇ ਮਿਲਾ ਕੇ ਰੱਖੋ । 
4 , ਬਾਹਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਧਿਆਂ ਰਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਗੋਡਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਰੱਖੋ । 
ਲਾਭ -1 . ਇਹ ਆਸਣ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿਚ ਚੁਸਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਫੁਰਤੀ ਲਿਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ । 
2. ਪਾਚਨ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਵਿਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ । 
3. ਗੱਡਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਰਦ ਤੋਂ ਰਾਹਤ ਦੁਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ । 
4. ਪੈਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੁਰੀਤੀਆਂ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ । 
5. ਸ਼ੱਕਰ ਰੋਗਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਅਰਾਮ ਦੁਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ । 
        ( ਏ ) ਮਯੂਰ ਆਸਣ ( Mayur Asana ) - ਸਥਿਤੀ - ਅਰ ਵਰਗੀ ।
 ਵਿਧੀ -1 . ਦੋਵੇਂ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਹਥੇਲੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਰੱਖੋ ਕਿ ਹਥੇਲੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਉਂਗਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਰੁਖ਼ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਹੋਵੇ । 2. ਕੂਹਣੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੋੜੋ , ਪੇਟ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਗਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕੂਲੇ ਦੀ ਹੱਡੀ ਕੋਲ ਲੈ ਜਾਓ । 
3. ਸਰੀਰ ਦਾ ਭਾਰ ਬਾਹਵਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਾਓ , ਲੱਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਪਿਛੇ ਪਸਾਰੋ । 
4. ਸਰੀਰ ਦਾ ਸੰਤੁਲਨ ਬਾਹਵਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਾਇਮ ਕਰੋ । 
ਲਾਭ -1 . ਬਾਹਵਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮਾਸਪੇਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ । 
2. ਧੌਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਮਾਸਪੇਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ । 
3. ਸਰੀਰ ਦਾ ਸੰਤੁਲਨ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਿਚ ਬਲ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ । 
4. ਪੇਟ ਗੈਸ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 3. “ ਯੋਗ ਆਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਾਧਨ ਹੈ ’ ’ ਕਿਵੇਂ ? 
ਉੱਤਰ - ਯੋਗਾ ਆਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਸਾਧਨ ਹੈ । ਇਸ ਮਧੁਰ ਮਿਲਣ ਦਾ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਸਰੀਰ ਹੈ । ਸ਼ਕਤੀਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਹੀ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਯੋਗ ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ । ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਆਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਸਾਧਨ ਹੈ । ਈਸ਼ਵਰ ਅਲੋਕਿਕ ਗੁਣ , ਕਰਮ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਭਾਅ ਵਾਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਿੱਦਿਆ ਯੁਕਤ ਹੈ । ਇਹ ਆਕਾਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸਮਾਨ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਹੈ । ਜੀਵ ਸੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਚਿੱਤ ਹੈ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਹੋਂਦ ਵਜੂਦ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਵਿਚ ਚੇਤਨ ਤੱਤ ਹੈ।ਉਹ ਕਰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸੁਤੰਤਰ ਹੈ । ਅਸਲ ਵਿਚ ਜੀਵ , ਕੁਦਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਈਸ਼ਵਰ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਯੋਗਾ ਇਸ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਿਚ ਅਤੇ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਿਚ ਸਾਡਾ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ ।

Question 1. Explain the importance and benefits of yoga asanas. 
A. The practice of yoga has a special significance in the practice of yoga. It is a unique method that heals the body inside and out. The importance and benefits of yoga asanas are as follows
1. Yoga is the only method of practice by which the internal and external organs of the body can be exercised and swayed. Not required. 
2. All you need to practice yoga is a clean environment and a rug, no special equipment is required  
3. No one else is needed to practice yoga. Even a single person can exercise all his body parts.
 4. Physical and mental strength can be achieved through yoga practice. Brain waves can be controlled. 
5. Yoga practice is not an expensive practice method nor does the practitioner have to eat special food. 
6. Through yoga practice comes the technique of removing the dirt from the body through practice which makes all the internal organs of the body healthy and strong. The body's ability to fight disease increases. 
7. The body becomes strong, agile and flexible. 
8. Pranayama increases the ability of the lungs to replenish oxygen, which in turn improves blood circulation. 
9, Yoga Asanas make the spine flexible and healthy. 
10. Yoga poses reduce the body's energy expenditure so it does not cause fatigue after the exercise. 11. A person who practices yoga becomes morally strong. 
12. Yoga asanas increase mental concentration which in turn increases the ability to think and understand. 
13, Yoga can be used to treat chronic diseases such as asthma, gas problems, constipation, high blood pressure, hernia headaches, etc. 
14. Yoga practice develops self-discipline and spirituality in a person. Are equally useful. 
15. There is no age limit for practicing yoga. Yoga exercises are equally useful for all ages and genders 

Question 2. State the position and benefits of Hal Asan, Vajra Asan and Mayur Asan. 
Answer 2 ) Hal Asan a. The position of the Hal Asan - like the plow 
Method-1 . Lie on your back with your back to the ground. Keep the arms on either side, the palms facing the ground. 
2. Slowly move the waist upwards while pressing the arms downwards. 
3. Pass the legs straight over the head joined in such a way that the toes touch the ground, the weight of the body falls on the peacock and the neck. Hold this position for three to five minutes. 
Benefits of Asanas - 1. This asana strengthens the waist, hips, ankles and neck. 
2. This asan normalizes the blood circulation. 
3. Makes the spinal cord flexible and removes spinal defects. 
4. This asana refreshes the face and eyes. Increases eyesight. 
5. This asan removes the pains and ugliness of washing. 
        (B) Vajar Asana 
Method 1 Bend the knees and sit on the soles of the feet. 
2. Keep the waist straight.
3. Keep the toes and knees together. 
4, keep the arms straight at the knees. 
Benefits-1. This asan brings agility and agility in the body. 
2. Increases digestion. 
3. Relieves vehicle and foot pain. 
4. Removes foot deformities. 
5. Relieves diabetes. 
        (A) Mayur Asana - Situation - like.
 Method-1. Sit on both feet and keep the palms on the ground in such a way that the toes point towards the feet. 2. Bend the elbows, bring them to the hip bone while applying them to the abdomen. 
3. Put body weight on arms, keep legs straight and spread backwards. 
4. Maintain body balance on the arms. 
Benefits-1. Strengthens the arm muscles. 
2. Strengthens the neck muscles. 
3. Strengthens the body in maintaining balance. 
4. Eliminates stomach gas. 

Question 3. "Yoga is the main means of uniting the soul with God" How? 
Answer - Yoga is an important means of uniting the soul with God. The medium of this sweet meeting is the body. Darshan of God is possible only through a powerful body because yoga makes the body powerful. Therefore it is an important means of uniting the soul with God. God is of supernatural qualities, deeds and dispositions and is educated. It is as wide as the sky. The being is Truth and Mind, that is, it exists and has a conscious element in it. It is free to do deeds. In fact, there should be a relationship between the creature, nature and God, and yoga helps us to build and strengthen this relationship.
